Getting started
What is FairHuddle?
FairHuddle brings home and property projects together with the tools service professionals use to organize their work. The process connects a job description, proposals, conversations, scheduling, and work history.
Who is FairHuddle for?
FairHuddle is for homeowners, property owners, independent service professionals, and small service crews. Customers and pros have separate sign-up paths and tools suited to their side of the job.
Can I create an account today?
Online registration is not available yet. The customer and pro sign-up pages explain the current status. This website does not create accounts, accept real job requests, or process payments.
View sign-up optionsWhere is FairHuddle available?
FairHuddle’s first launch is planned for Oklahoma City. Registration is not open yet, and launch timing and provider availability have not been announced. Project images and service categories are illustrative and do not mean that jobs or providers are available now.
For customers
What kinds of jobs fit FairHuddle?
The service examples include landscaping, cleaning, painting, small repairs, and recurring property care. They describe the types of work FairHuddle is designed to help organize, rather than a list of currently available providers.
What should I include in a job description?
Include the work you need, photos of the relevant area, preferred timing, and any materials or constraints a pro should understand. Avoid putting sensitive personal information, access codes, or payment details into a public job description.
How should I compare proposals?
Compare the included work, materials, timing, and amount. Ask about anything unclear, such as cleanup or disposal, before agreeing to a plan. The lowest price may not include the same scope.
Can I organize more than one property?
FairHuddle’s customer workspace separates jobs, notes, approvals, and work history by property. Account registration is not yet available.
For service pros
Is FairHuddle only for larger businesses?
No. The pro experience is designed around independent professionals and small service crews, with tools for proposals, customer records, schedules, and crew organization.
What should a proposal include?
Set out the work, materials, amount, and timing clearly. Explain important exclusions and any assumptions, so the customer can understand what they are choosing.
What business tools does FairHuddle bring together?
The pro workspace connects job details, proposals, customer conversations, scheduling, crew assignments, estimates, invoice records, and reporting.
How do I join as a pro?
Open the Pro sign-up page for the current registration status. Registration is not open yet, and this website does not collect applications or create business accounts.
